Texas Yoga Just Got Bigger!

As the Texas Yoga Association (TYA) launches at the Texas Yoga Conference in February 2010, Texas yogis take a great step forward, together. The TYA unites Texas and the rest of the world as One Yoga.

The TYA is a home base for allegiance and response among members. It supports all persons in Texas who share a passion for yoga in some way. Its objectives include providing local resources to Texas students, teachers and studios, sharing inspiration with the general public about yoga and its benefits, pooling resources for marketing talent statewide, and advocating for the common interest of the Texas yoga community.  Protecting the sanctity of yoga is of utmost priority to TYA!  Our motto is Don't Mess with Texas Yoga!  To learn more and become a member today, go to www.texyoga.org

The TYA kicks off with awareness raising events with the Texas Yoga Conference and The Texas Two-Steppin' with Yoga Tour.

The Texas Yoga Conference will be held February 19-20, 2010 at Unity Church in Houston, with special guest Bollywood/Shakti Dance Workshop with Hemalayaa on Sunday February 21, 2010 from 2-5 p.m. To register, please go to www.texasyogaconference.com

The Texas Yoga Association is launching a series of mini conferences in 11 cities across the USA to promote the spirit of Texas Yoga called the Texas Two-Steppin' with Yoga Tour. The tour also advocates for yoga as a spiritual practice not bound to laws that lead to regulation. For more information, please visit www.texasyogatour.com
